Related experince
I have practiced martial arts and meditation for over 30 years. Throughout this journey, I have discovered that incorporating simple movements from Tai Chi, along with techniques from meditation and mindfulness, can significantly enhance self-exploration and awareness of one’s internal experiences. By focusing on the body and engaging in subtle movements, individuals can cultivate a deeper, more connected sense of self. My practice of Martial arts and meditation has developed a sensitivity to subtle energies and my ability to pay attention to the interactive field- an energetic third dimension that accompanies me and the individuals who come to work with me, that offers insight and a guide to the therapeutic process.
Education and years of practice
I began my therapeutic journey in 2010 as a group facilitator, leading therapeutic groups for individuals recovering from drug and alcohol addiction in West London. In 2016, I expanded my role to include both group and one-on-one therapy at a drug rehabilitation center in Central London, all while maintaining a private practice. By 2018, I transitioned to focus exclusively on my private practice, dedicating my efforts to providing personalised therapeutic support.
